Terms of service
The short version: you're paying for software, there are no guaranteed profits, and you're in control of your betting.
Software only
Your subscription pays for access to the TheFootyBot software. Included systems, selections and any statistics are software features. They are not betting, financial or investment advice.
No guarantees
We don't promise profits, returns or any particular result. Betting carries a risk of loss, and you should only stake what you can afford to lose.
Free trial
New users may be given a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription continues at the advertised price.
Billing and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal. Cancelling in PayPal stops future payments. Payments already made are not refunded, including for unused time, betting losses or a change of mind.
Your responsibility
You control your stakes, the systems you switch on, your risk settings and your Betfair account. The software only places bets once you have connected your account and set it up.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, misuse, or anything that puts the service at risk.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times but can't guarantee it. Maintenance, third-party services and the Betfair API can all cause interruptions.
Age and responsible gambling
The service is for people aged 18 and over. If gambling stops being fun, free help is available from BeGambleAware.org and GamCare.org.uk.
